The
last point I wanted to talk about is early sleeping.“Early to bed and early to
rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise” is the most famous quotes of Benjamin Franklin.
Which means getting a good sleeping and good waking will effect the person
behave in positive way (physical health, mental health and career of a person).
Sleeping is key part for healthy lifestyle. It's important to sleep early and
on time as it has benefits to your body, such as improving brain memory, living
longer, curb inflammation, lower stress, healthy weight and avoid accidents.
Improving brain memory which means, while you are going to bed for sleep you
can strengthen memory or practice the skills that you have learned during the
day. Because something happens while you are sleeping inside your body which
makes you learn better. Living longer which means, illnesses may affect
patterns. Also there is a study in 2010 shown that, old women ages between
50-79 die if they had sleeping less than 5 hours or more than 6 hours. Curb
inflammation, which means, inflammation is connected to heart disease, stoke,
diabetes, arthritis etc. So if they had less sleeping hours a problem will
happens in their body which leads to death. A 2010 study found that, C-reactive protein, which is associated with
heart attack risk, was higher in people who got six or fewer hours of sleep a
night. Lower stress which means, sleep can reduce level of stress. So people
blood pressure will be under control. Healthy weight which means, the person
who is going to have a diet should think about sleeping early otherwise his
diet will not give a result. Avoid accident, which means people who doesn’t
have enough sleep can’t focus while driving which leads to accidents. Moreover,
people in UAE don’t sleep enough. That’s why they can’t do well in their work
area and increase percent of car accidents. So parents should encourage their
children to sleep early to have energy and achieve something in life. Otherwise
they will be lazy and not focusing in their studies. Adults should sleep early,
so they can go to work on time and wont be late. Also girls should go to bed
early to protect their face skin from becoming tired and live in healthy
lifestyle.
