Water is a natural gift given to us and we
should know how to use it in proper way. It is important to drink plenty of
water to protect our bodies (skin) and keep it hydrated. Some people drink
water when they are thirsty and some when they are completely hydrated. But the
strangest thing is that there are some people who do not drink water at all,
either because there is smell, there is a taste or they don’t like it. The
health authorities, “commonly recommend to drink eight 8-ounce glasses, which
equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon” of water everyday to stay healthy. In
fact, there are lots of benefits of increasing water intake such as, decrease
the risk of kidney stones, prevent cancer, aid to weight loss, energize us,
it’s linked to heart health, prevent acnes and keeps us hydrated, which means
make the skin healthier and refreshed. Studies shows that, “both that consuming
more water means a lower risk of death from coronary heart disease and that
risk of death rises when intake of “high-energy fluids” (like soda and juice)
increases”. Also One study showed that, “dieters who drank 500 ml of water
before meals lost 44% more weight over a period of 12 weeks, compared to those
who didn’t”. which means, who want to lose weight easily just has to drink cup
of water before every meal and will feel the difference. Moreover, water can
make us stay alert and concentrate. So when we are properly hydrated, the
circulation in our body will be good. Also, we should know that our brains are
made up 85 percent of water, so we have to stay hydrated to help our brains. If
our brains are properly hydrated, it will keep the mood fresh and active. While
people who drink less/or do not drink the water at all will feel bored and less
enthusiastic. As a result, maintaining
water balance is essential for our survival and to live in a healthy lifestyle. Also
there is no life without water. People in the UAE don’t drink enough of water while
they should be aware about this topic, because the weather in the UAE is sunny.
So they lost the water in their bodies by sweating. As a result, maintaining water balance is
essential for our survival and to live in a healthy lifestyle. Also there is no
life without water.
