Exercise refers to the physical activity and mental
exertion. Which is very important thing in our life hence it plays a major role
for keeping our body healthy. There are different kind of exercise such as,
yoga, cardio, running, swimming, walking etc. According to
American Heart Association, the benefits of walking can help you to prevent
health diseases like, prevents bone loss, prevent and manages high blood
pressure, keeps weight under control, improves self-image, helps you fall
asleep faster and sleep more soundly. Additionally, a study (2008) found that," regular high-intensity exercise (such as
running) can add up to four years to your life, which isn’t surprising given
the positive effects working out has on your heart, mind, and metabolism”. Also According to Patanjali, the father of yoga, "it
is a way through which the control of the material world over the human spirit
can be eliminated". Organic fact says, "Yoga is meant to bring inner peace and equilibrium,
apart from the chaotic world outside. It is a practice involving both
the mind and body and is used to achieve improved health and relaxation”. As a result,
Adults/old people should be aware about practicing regular exercise and parents
should encourage their children to practice some of exercise because they are
more active than us. If they get used to practicing, we will have a healthy
generation. In my opinion if we do more exercise we will have healthy and happy
lifestyle.
