Fruits
and vegetables are part of healthy lifestyle behavior. Each one of them have
different benefits and they complete each other. According to health facts,
fruits are natural sources of vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber which are
essential for body functioning. Also it helps to improve the functioning of the
digestive tract. Additionally, fruits help you to prevent the most common
health issues. Such as, heat stroke, high blood pressure, cancer, heart
ailments, and diabetes. Fruits can also fight the damage skin and enhance
healthy hair growth. There are two types of vegetable. One is rich in
nutrients, while the other have proteins which is necessary for building
muscles and other tissues of the body. However, studies states that," the U.S.
Department of Agriculture notes that many vegetables are high in potassium,
which is important for healthy blood pressure. Various vitamins, such as C and
A, help keep eyes, skin, teeth and gums healthy, fight infection and promote
wound healing". As a result, it can
protect you from diseases. So parents should encourage their children to eat
more fruit and vegetables, and stop eating fast food which doesn’t contain any
benefit for them. Moreover,
people should be aware of healthy eating habits and avoid eating junk food. Eating
unhealthy food will have bad consequences on the health and early mortality,
hence healthy food habits should start from a very young age. In my opinion, I
encourage eating a lot of fruit and vegetables a healthy lifestyle.
